What the app does

XR Personal Mix controls a compatible Behringer X AIR or X32 mixer over the local network. It does not record, stream or process microphone or other audio.

Information on your device

The app reads mixer identity, firmware, channel and output names, meter values, routing and monitor levels. It stores your mixer address, selected output, preferences, groups, instrument pictures, saved mixes and cached controls in the app's private storage. These records may contain names you or the sound engineer have assigned to channels and mixes.

Local network communication

The app sends discovery requests and mixer control/query messages directly to compatible equipment on your network. Mixer control uses the console's OSC/UDP protocol without encryption or an app-level login. Use a trusted mixer network and follow your sound engineer's network-access arrangements. Kordeus LTD does not operate a server that receives this traffic.

No advertising or analytics

The app does not send your profiles, mixes, usage information or diagnostics to Kordeus LTD. It includes no advertising, analytics, tracking or remote crash-reporting service. It does not access contacts, precise location, the camera or the microphone. There is no app account and no in-app purchase.

Permissions

Network, Wi-Fi state and multicast permissions support finding and connecting to mixers. The app uses these capabilities for local mixer communication, not location tracking.

Storage, retention and deletion

Local records stay on the device until you delete a saved item, clear the app's storage in Android settings, or uninstall the app. Clearing storage or uninstalling removes saved mixes and settings. The app does not offer cloud synchronization and disables Android application backup. There is no server-side app account to delete.

Links and support

Opening this policy or a support link uses another application, such as your web browser or email application. Those services handle your request under their own policies. This website is hosted by GitHub Pages; GitHub may process standard connection information such as IP addresses under its privacy statement. This policy website does not add analytics or advertising.

If you contact support@kordeus.co.uk, Kordeus LTD receives the email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use that information to answer your request and retain it only as needed for support or applicable legal obligations. You can request deletion of support correspondence at the same address. Do not send passwords or unnecessary personal information.
